Re: first timer

its really hard to give u good advice on this. basically what is your preference. some guys are gonna push for u to slap on a thousand bucks worth of aftermarket FI equipment although i havent seen that too much on here. if it were i, slap on a good aftermarket high rise such as the performer RPM and a good holly. if your in the 500 hp range id say 750 to 850. are u gonna be sprayin that stroker? im sure some one will pop in now that i said something to ya. people are prone to disagree.

Re: first timer

i wont be spraying the motor but i just want to get as much out of the motor as possible. i was thinking about a barry grant 750. i been doing some research and ive seen some people putting different combos. this car will be a weekend driver just something to have some fun in. i also heard that the headers for this car have to be right on because of the spacing under the hood ,so im having trouble finding them because the ones that i have seen are for fi. any suggestions?

Re: first timer

I agree with above on the edelbrock rpm and holley, as far as headers go, i'd go with a major manufacturer (ie. hooker or hedman, and though i have no experience with them i have heard the dyno dons are good). for that particular question i'd go over to the exhaust board, cause they got some stickies with alot of information so you could make an informed decision, cause everyones going to say something different.
