I have a 5.7l 350 1988 iroc camaro. I've done a 383 engine swap, and i'm to the part where i add underdrive pulleys. The set i have is the bbk version, and the crank pulley looks to be 6" as opposed to the 8" stock. My question is what size belt do you guys suggest for this upgrade? Also i've been reading about the the smog pump delete and i've found the part number on the board where just a smog pumo has been deleted. If i choose to get rid of mine, what size belt would i need with a deleted smog pump and underdrive pulleys. I think the stock is around 98". Thank you for your help.

 

Your best option is to get the pulley deal done, run some string around everything, measure the string, then subtract an inch or two for the tensioner.
