No Spark 87 2.8
I have a 87 2.8 Vin S, I don't have any spark, here is want I’ve replace, the dist, the dist module, pickup coil, cap, rotor, coolant sensor, TPS and replace the pickup coil again, it was bad, I thought I had it repaired with the new pickup coil, but, still no spark. I replace the ign coil as well. Thanks for any help.
I have power going to the ign coil and the wires going from the coil to the module (2 wire harness) are both hot? Rotor is turning. The times before I got it to run, it would run and all of a sudden it would turn off like someone turn the key off. I read somewhere that when you turn the key on, it sends power to the ign module as well as the coil? At this point I am thinking ign switch or the ECM?? Any Help would be great.

Any trouble codes? Be sure that your check engine light operates correctly. It should turn on when you first turn the key on. If it does not then It may be your ECM. If you have codes I would start troubleshooting the parts referenced by the code(s). I doubt that it would be your ignition switch since you have power at the coil. Check the ignition module in the distributor. You may be able to take it to a local auto parts store. Some of them have a way to test these. This may sound obvious.... Double-check your plug wires. It is possible to accidentally swap the coil wire with one of the others.
