Have 1991 RS BC4.
Turn on headlights but they dont work, parking lights will work only, while light switch is in on position I then turn on high beams and still no lights, and the blue light on insturment panel does not light up for the high beams. The buzzer goes off if engine is off warning u that the lights are on, break lights, tail lights, interior light and turn signals work. Any suggestions? Mike

 

Have a peek at the various topics in the search feature at the top of the page. Generally, it's either a relay or gear issue in the headlight motor itself. Try something like "Headlights not working" or just "Headlights" and you'll see a bunch come up. Here'st he section with most of the questions:
