Headlight Problems
I have been having some problems with my headlights shutting off by themselves, I have put a new switch in the car and also a news ignition switch about two years ago, if anybody has had this problem please let me now. 1992 Camaro RS
Re: Headlight Problems
Pretty sure they run off a circuit breaker.
Wires could be old, to much resistance and tripping the breaker.
Or a short, maybe a bad ground.
They use circuit breakers on things like headlights, so when your driving if it trips it will reset, and if on the highway or whatnot, you can make it somewhere safetly.

well Im willing to bet that its a short somewhere because the old headlight switch was melted a little, i'm thinking it could be to much power going to the switch itself.

Re: Headlight Problems
If for some reason I screwed up when I put the ignition switch in, is it possible that it messed with the multi-function switch and is sending to much power to the headlights?
