still burning oil while idling after valve seals change..

Alright.. Before i did the valve job. It would smoke on start up and would go about 30 seconds.. then it would start smoking while idling.. It was blue so i knew it was burning oil. Anyways.. I started the valve seal job and discovered that there was no seals on none of the stems.. i was like wtf.. it was just running bare.. So i thought i found my problem. I replaced the seals and now it doesnt smoke on start up anymore.. When i first started up for the first time.. It idled for like 5-10 mins with no smoke whatsoever.. We took it for a drive and it went well.. Then we noticed a big *** cloud of smoke behind us while driving.. i was pissed because i just spent 10 hours replacing the seals.. We pull into the driveway and its dumping out smoke like hell. I thought i had over tightened some of the valves which left them open.. So i loosened them up a bit. I started it today after working on it for a bit.. no smoke on start up.. still good.. And it went like 3-5 mins idling without no smoke.. Then once again its smoking again.

Now im not sure but if the rings were bad.. Wouldnt that cause it to smoke instantly.. Not go 5 mins then smoke?

Also.. While i was adjusting the valves.. I had oil pissing everywhere.. all over the manifold.. intake manifold.. everywhere.. So the engine was smoking like helll after it warmed up and i have 3 exhuast bolts missing.. so i know i have a big *** exhuast leak.

also.. When the car had no seals.. It didnt pour out smoke while driving.. It was after i did the seals is when it did that.

It would be clear if it was the rings or some else because it would do it all the time but the problem changes every time i attempt to fix it.. lol Hope i provided enough info to get a good awnser

Sorry for all the threads related to this subject.. Just thought id make an offical thread with all the info ive gathered
