Need more details on the cam (duration) and which dual plane Weiand intake. Crappy carb.
A full weight 1/2 ton pickup isn't going to be that fast. But, need details on gears, tires, transmission, stall, etc.

yeah i told him the carb was crappy, duration on the cam i think he said it was 284int and 284exh and the intake is the weiand p/n wnd-8004 action+plus intake, and the truck everything is stock with a stock 350 turbo, stock converter,15" street tires, not sure what gear he has ,whatever came stock with it.

He'll be lucky to get into the 15's. It'll be a dog off the line with stock stall, and the carb will kill top end. Pretty poor combination of parts.
Re: another hp estimate
ok,so how bout a hp estimate? and it probably is a poor setup but he built the engine way before he got the truck and he just wanted something to put the engine in,so he baught the truck with a blown 305 and pulled the 305 and stuck the 350 in there, just wanted to know a rough estimate on the engine hp and 1/4 mile times.now that we know its got a crappy carb,a dog off the line and a poor combination of parts.

World heads that have 2.02/1.60 valves are S/R Torquer and Sportsman II's , and can have 64cc, 67cc, 72cc, or 76cc chambers. "10.5:1 pistons" typically means with 64cc chambers. Some more details there would be helpful, too.
But, depending upon tune, it should have at least 320 HP, even if it isn't very usable.

Re: another hp estimate
The heads are a good start, though not the best heads, they'll get him past 400 crank HP if he gets the rest of the combo to match.
