Does my car have a fuel regulator or anything? I really am about to give up on this because I don't know what else to do. I switched the ecm, map sensor and still nothing. I have T.B.I. and it's running way to rich. If you look at the solenoids they constantly spray a lot of fuel. I guess it sounds like it's missing also because of to much fuel.
