416 heads on stock roller 350?

What do you think about 416 heads on a stock 350 roller motor out of a 89 silverado pickup truck?

What would be the compression ratio?

It's not a stock truck engine, then. Hard to say what cam it would be.

Present compression ratio X 1.063 will be the new cr with 58cc 416 heads assuming the same gasket thickness is used.
