Re: trunk and door lock set replacement!!! HELP

I just went through this on my car. I purchased a full set off of ebay. Kinda of a hit or miss on there, But im sure if you post that you need a set on here you will find many have them. They are very simple to R&R. Doors all you have to do is remove the door pannel "be careful not to break any of the body rivits" Once door panel is off you need to reach in and take the retainer off the door lock rod. Once rod is removed there is a retainer clip that holds the lock tumbler in place. Pry that clip off with a screwdriver and the whole peice will come off from the ouside. For your hatch you can remove the bolts holding the pulldown on and beable to take the retaining clip off. Good luck!!
