I have a 90 IROC with a 305 TPI and manual trans. Every time I give it full throttle or do a burnout the motor stalls. I have to give it about half throttle while cranking to get it started again. Runs fine after that. Any ideas would be appreciated.

 

Just a wild theory; check your oil pressure to be on the safe side. I dunno for sure if it would behave like that with low pressure, but maybe some bearings get in contact with each other when under heavy load.
I had a small carbed 4-cyl car once that struggled keeping alive after heavy loads at low revs. It would later develop rod knock and get even lower oil press.
Of course your problem might be related to the FI needing a tune-up.

 

check your o2 sensor, my car was doing this when the o2 sensor wasn't screwed in very tight, i tightened it up, now it runs perfect

 

I'd be more likely to lean towards cleaning your IAC.
