sometiming
"SOMETIMING"
hello all,i have a 91 rs that i call janet(long story) and she is acting really crazy
on me . "sometiming" sometimes she will crank right up and sometimes is teases me.she'll light up as if she going to start but noting,and if i leave her be and try say maybe 2 or 3 hours later or the next she starts right up as if nothing was wrong.someone rescently tried to steal
her from me and i've had the steering colum and ignition replaced and replaced the injectors with oems and she does the same.i know she feels violated as much as me ,but i'm not letting her go.any and all help would be greatly apperciated to jump start our relationship.

You may want to see a shrink.
Fuel pumps can have this kind of symptomes when they go bad. Look into the fuel filter and fuel pump. That's the only thing that comes to mind right away. Check ignition as well. When "janet" is acting up, pull a plug or the wire from the coil and see if you see an arc when you crank it over. Don't have a buddy hold it unless you don't like him. Just unplug, leave the plug grounded on the block or coild wire close to the contact on the dizzy and crank. Have your buddy watch for spark.
