89 bird tpi Injectors not firing

89 firebird tuned port..good fuel pressure to rail, cranks, Sparks, , I thought the vats might be it but the security light is out when you crank, any help would be greatly appreciated..Tony

Get a DVM and see if you are getting steady +12 volts on one side of injector connector and pulsing on the other . If there is no +12 volts injectors will not fire...
