How to set engine idle screw

I have a 1987 Iroc with a TPI 5.7 engine and was wondering how to set the engine idle,it looks like the screw is covered in the back with a small round plate or something,any help?THANKS

Just punch through it with a phillips/flat head and pry it out and discard. The screw is located underneath.
