OK GUYS IM NEW TO THE SITE AND SO HERE I GO
I AM BUILDING A 88 IROC 305 TPI, I HAVE A 350 SHORT BLOCK WITH KEITH BLACK FORDGED PISTONS BORED .30 ROLLER BLOCK. I AM WANTING TO GET ABOUT 450 TO 500 HORSE. I ALSO HAVE A SET OF CAST HEADS 461'S ( I WAS TOLD THEY ARE THE BEST STOCK HEADS FOR TPI BECAUSE THEY BREATH WELL) WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?

A.) Welcome aboard.
B.) Turn off caps locks, please. Typically associated with shouting.
C.) You're not getting that kind of power out of stock heads under a stock TPI. TPI intakes are not capable of flowing sufficient enough airflow to support that kind of horsepower. And in stock form, neither are any stock cylinder heads. Even with extensive port work, I don't think you are going to get 450-500. If those are really the numbers you want, you will have to go aftermarket.
