Looking for pic of brake light switch, won't turn off
I recently replaced my steering column, and now I noticed the rear brake lights stay on while the car is off. The will flip on and off if you fiddle with the brake pedal, but I can't get them to stay off. I did a search for the subject and didn't find any pics. I do recall a clip of some sort dropping from under the dash area while I was replacing the column. Perhaps this is the clip that holds the brake switch on? I don't know though because I have never dealt with this, and have no pics

There are two switches on the brake pedal.
The one WITHOUT the hose is the for brake lights.
