Piston-Rings

Hello
I wonder if anyone can help me in this decision

I am going to buy these pistons http://store.summitracing.com/partde...&view=1&N=700+

And in the "suggested parts" there is these piston rings
http://store.summitracing.com/partde...part=SLP-R9903

Bore (in): 4.000 in.
Bore (mm): 101.600mm

The 4.000 in. i know is right but what about the Bore (mm)...
Because i see that there is different kind of Bore (mm)
Bore (mm): 101.600mm / 101.727mm / 110.871
So how do i know what Bore (mm) i should use?

The parts are going to go into a new 350 block, with a blower.

Re: Piston-Rings

4 inches = 101.6 millimeters

Summit just gives the measurement in inches and millimeters, the 2 could never actually be a different size.

Settle down, you can't expect all your questions to be answered in two hours, this is a message board not a live help desk...

Stock bore for a 305 is 3.736", should be able to figure out rings from there... amazing what a little Google search can do eh?

Re: Piston-Rings

Not only is 2 hours very little time on a message board, the people looking may not have the knowledge or the confidence in that knowledge to post, lest they give false information. Just take it easy and your questions will be answered.

Re: Piston-Rings

Best place to have your question answered is where you are getting your rebuild kit from. If you get it from Summit Racing, talk with the representative on the phone. They WILL steer you the right way. They know there parts and usually have kits matched up so there is no confusion on what is needed and what to get.
