I was driving my 3.1 90 rs and it started making a clicking noise that got faster and then the engine died. The car still has electrical power but when i try and turn it over it barely tries to turn it over. Nothing really turns it just jolts... end of story. Where do i even start ive read about vats and it could be the start but neither sound like the problem. I really doubt it's an ignition issue.

Yeah, you can probably rule out vats. You should take the plugs out and then try turning the engine over by hand. Siezed motor: it wont turn or wont turn smoothly.
