car wont revv over 3k?

for some reason my car wont revv over 3k in drive i submitted a datalog if that helps at all

Only when in drive?

Have you checked for fuel pressure, clogged filter, clogged CAT, broken valvespring, or bad lifter?

i have not ripped in to the engine yet

if it idles it will go to redline only

i just passed a smog test yesterday if that helps
