Can I run these heads On my TPI engine?

Engine: 5.7L L98 TPI
Transmission: 700-R4 Automatic
Axle/Gears: 7.5 disc posi 3.23
Can I run these heads On my TPI engine?
Hey,
I have a guy with a set of these Dart Iron heads. They have 8 hours on them before the block threw a rod. The heads were checked on that cylinder for warranty reasons. It is missing one valve that got lost when it was being checked. He is selling them for $500 bucks for the pair. Take a look at what I have and please let me know if u think they will work with what I have and maybe a 383 for later.
