Engine won't start after swap

Here is my problem:

Swapped out a '89 305 TBI for a '87 350 TPI.

The car is an '89.

I used the 350 engine, harness and computer, hooked everything up.

When I try to start the engine will crank ( it is getting fire) but cannot get it to start.

I noticed that when I turn the ignition key on I do not here the electric fuel pump cycle.

Can anyone give me some ideas as to what may be the problem.
Thanks.

Like he said. Check the relay and also you can jump the terminals at the oil pressure sensor. this will tell you if the pump is good. Once you figure that out, check fuel pressure. I'm not sure if TBI and TPI pumps are different (if you didn't switch them). TBI runs off of lower pressure than TPI. Also, if you have pressure check to make sure the injectors are firing from the harness with a noid light.
