Limit Of Stock 19# Injectors With Tune????
Hey guys, I'm swapping my 305 for a 355, I just got the motor and I'm short on cash right now, I'm swapping over the TPI from the 305. I already have a custom tuned chip that is reflashable. If I have it tuned for the 355 and bigger cam (its something like 480/500 with the 1.6's), how much can I get out of them? As soon as I find a good deal on some used 24# injectors I will swap. But until then I have to use what I got. Any input is appreciated. Thanks.

Until a log show 100% duty cycle at WOT. You can always bump the fuel pressure a bit if you have an adjustable regulator.

100% duty cycle is pretty excessive. Go more along the lines of 85% to keep from destroying things. At 85% duty cycle, stock fuel pressure, and a .5 BSFC, you can feed 260 HP. At 100% duty cycle it is capable of about 305 HP.
