cam choices

i've recently decided to rebuild my 350, and want to have a little extra power. Is it possible to put a cam with a lobe lift of about .480-.500 in 350 with stock compression and use big valve aluminum heads and roller rockers? this is just what i've thought about doing. and i plan on haveing this be a TPI motor. Do i need to have different heads if i make the cam that big or no?

Depends upon the aluminum heads and cam specifics. Lift is important for the springs and heads (valve travel). Duration and valve timing are more important with regard to compression ratio.
