Where is the egr solenoid suppose to be mounted to on an 89 tpi car? I can't remember where it came from, right now I have it mounted opposite the ignition coil on the same bracket. Is that where it's suppose to be?

 

Yes it mounts to the same bracket as the ignition coil.

 

Thanks, that's what I thought since it was the only thing I could see with the same bolt spacing. Trying to make sure I put everything back where it goes.. Now if I could only figure out where that 4 foot long vaccum line with the T at the end of it that T's off of the HVAC vac supply goes.. I'm assuming it goes to the cruise control somewhere but I can't find an empty port anywhere on it..

 

On mine it goes behind the engine, along the driver's side fender and T's off to the big cruise control "ball" and to the charcoal cannister.
