I am going to buy new spark plugs for my 1987 Chevrolet Camaro.
It is a 305engine with TPI. I have newly converted it from carb system.

I see there is a lot of spark plugs to choose between. Platinum series and a lot of brands who sells them.

Are they worth the money or should I just buy new regular plugs???
I am just a little bit confused since ALL of the brands says something like this: Our spark plugs give you more fuel efficency and power etc, etc...

Can anyone help me out??..Regular???, platinum?? wich brand???

Start with an AC R45TS, gapped around 0.045"

 

 

Ok...then I think I would buy a set of these spark plugs....

So all this advertising about those platinum spark plugs are just fake???

 

Different cars like different plugs.
These tend to err on the side of the good ole AC Delco's.
