So replaced my headlight motors this morning with rebuilt ones. So i know the motors are good and the nylon gears inside are good. I think it my be a headlight moduale. were is it located. is it on my driverside firewall? which one is it? any pics or info would be great.

 

No pics, but its between the brake booster and wiper motor. That may be the problem. I recently took one apart and one of the wires inside the relay itself was a cold solder and was no longer making a good connection. Fixed that, good to go. Maybe you'll get lucky and can fix it instead of replace it. Cant hurt to test it out and see if its sending power and if not try to fix it.
