fpr or new injectors
well i suspected my injectors were bad through others problems so i bought a new set of ford 24lbs, then once they can in the mail the problem went away. now my question is this should i just go ahead and install them with a fpr on my 87 350tpi iroc with just msd box, coil, and magnaflow cat back. or is it overkill also if i did what should i set the rail pressure at and do i unplug the vacume line when checking. one more thing will there be some gains

Re: fpr or new injectors
you never did tell us what the original problem was - i think you need to give us that information so we can answer the other ones.
bolt on mods are always good provided they fit into what you want to do with the entire package.
you dont put on a fuel delivery system that exceeds the cam and heads and exhaust you want to install. you dont have to do them all at once, but you need to start with a plan.
you already have the tpi and the 350 so that is the begining. if those are ok then design the rest of it - sort of like a wish list. the stock heads are junk so you should be ready for replacing that. a good mag cat back is always good but if you install it you will need a 3 inch system. you can adapt that to the 2 1/4 inch cat and y pipe and when you find a good set of 2055 hookers they and a new 3 inch in and out will fit right in.
all the other mods are great too. but to be able to use them you might need a new cam too.you have to be able to open those valves to let the gas in and the exhaust out so plan on doing that too. read up on the proper heads for you.
good luck
