I recently bought some southbay fuel injectors, 19# and I didn't realize until now that they were the Ford Racing Ones. My Mechanic/Uncle insists they won't fit because we held them up the the stock ones and he says it will hit the fuel rail...or something like that.

Do I have to change my fuel rails? I thought these were stock replacements.

Change the fuel rails? What does he mean when he says that they will hit the fuel rail? Tell him to apply the clips, they will sit right where they need to be.
