Situation:
I have a 85 TPI Z28. I have a 91 TPI complete motor with Alternator, P/S, AC, flywheel, the motor is absoluterly complete. I would like to put the 91 motor into my 85 Camaro because of the roller cam & lifters, 1 peice rear main seal, and the 1 belt serpentine system. The main thing I wish to get out of this swap is the roller short block and the 1 belt serpentine system. If I have to change heads so that my 85 intake bolts right on (which I plan on upgrading to a TPIS), I am cool with that but I would like to try and keep the heads as they are Aluminium L98 heads. Other than the fact that may have to swap out the intake base or the heads, will this work?
