break in tips

Alright I need some assistance here

I know the typical routine for engine break in
no more then 4500-5000 rpms
higher than 2000 rpms
no beating on it
short trips
lots of cooling time
change oil after 500 miles
all of which for the first 1500 miles

well all of that is well and fine but sometime next week, I believe Wednesday or Thursday, im moving down to TN to stay with my family and work over the summer (I was hit by the economy pretty hard during school and I got a great job offer down there)

My motor only has a few miles on it right now and wont have any more until my new starter gets here on monday (old one wasnt strong enough for my high compression)

This gives me VERY limited break in time before my epic 450 mile/9 hour trip but trust me Im gonna put in as much as possible but I know its still not enough

Im not transporting anything major just a couple bags of clothes cuz everything else is down there so no hauling questions required but I do need some tips on what to do on this trip. any precautions I should take?

Im not about to tear this motor apart after all the money I invested but I have no other options for getting down there so I need all the help I can get

Thanks
