New to the forum, having problem starting my 90 camaro RS TBI

I have a 1990 camaro RS convertible with a 305 and TBI. I have done a lot of work to the car. Two years ago, replaced coil, distributor cap, ignition module, last year dropped the tank and replaced the fuel filter. Car was running better than ever. The last six months, though it has been sitting (and I hadn't started it). Now it won't start at all. It wants to.. but never catches. If I spray started fluid in the injectors, it runs for three or four seconds, then sputters out. There is fuel coming from the injectors (Not much, but it looks about right). There seems to be spark, so I believe the problem has to be the old fuel. It has been sitting up with a full tank, so if I'm gonna change it, I will have to drain it. Any suggestions? I live in a condo now... So it's sitting in a parking lot. Not an easy place to work.

Definitely drain the fuel tank and add some fresh fuel to it. That probably should be it.
