cruize control is dead.

after a lot of water got spilled over my cruise control sensor. while the engine was running and the cruise control was in the on position. it seems like my cruise control is dead now.
I checked my switches at the dash and they seem to work fine.

I also checked the vacuum sensor. and if I put power on wire A and E and put mass on wire C it seemes to work fine.

but on the connector I only get power on het blue/black wire.

anyone here who knows what possible died on me ?
anyone here who knows what voltages I need to get on that vacuum servo connector?

I also looked at the cruise control module underneath the passenger dash. it looks like nothing is burned out.
but I havent measured anything out yet.
anyone here who knows how I can check this thing out.
