stalling issue

Engine: L98 350 tpi
Transmission: 700R4
Axle/Gears: 2.73
stalling issue
ok so my car only stalls when you start it up and shift it into gear but this never happens when its cold.
nobody has been able to tell me what this is, ive replaced the egr valve and the iac valve and its timed right my only idea of what it could be is that the iac is still not working but i could be wrong
any help or ideas on this would be greatly appreciated
