Rough Idle and Black Smoke

For the past two months after I wash my car and I turn it on, the idle is rough and it black smoke comes out of the exhaust until I turn it off. This only happens after a wash for some reason.

Any help is appreciated.

I know this sounds obvious but water is getting in somewhere check your hood to cowl seal and make sure water is not leaking in on the distributor.I just looked at your pics that's a really nice car.
