L31 Crate Engine

Hey all, I'm getting a 350 L31 crate (12530282) and was wondering if I would be better off with the Performer or Performer RPM intake? I am planning on putting a Hot Cam in later, but am leaving all internals stock until the warranty is over. Thanks for the help!

Re: L31 Crate Engine

best would be a Weiand Stealth AirStrike, both Vortec and non Vortec versions give results on par with the Edelbrock RPM AirGap, but these Weiands fit under the hood better. second choice would be the Edelbrock RPM AirGap

Thanks, I'll look into them. Do you know how they compare in height to a Performer RPM?
