EGR question

So I just got alot of work done to the GTA. Headers on, three inch exhaust all the way back, new plugs, wires, thermostat, etc. It now idles really rough and if I manually rev it while looking under the hood, it sounds like alot of air "sucking" from under the plenum. How do I fix this...as easily as possible. I think the EGR may be stuck open.
