FPR shooting fuel all over distributor

I recently took the plenum and runners off to fix faulty fuel injector O-rings and now what I believe is my fuel pressure regulator (the round black thing) is shooting a vaccum line off and spraying fuel everywhere. What exactly went bad? Or is something hooked up wrong?

Re: FPR shooting fuel all over distributor

Your description seems to indicate the FPR diaphragm has ruptured.
