Weird Lighting Issue

Engine: 2.8L V-6 2bbl, 305 V-8 4bbl
Transmission: 200C Metric, 700R-4
Axle/Gears: Stock
Weird Lighting Issue
Ok,
Here it goes, When I push on my brake pedal my dash lights and my parking lights come on as well as my brake lights. Also when my headlights are on my left turn signal stays constant like it has a bad bulb but yet when they are off during the day it works fine. Any ideas why this might be happening? Also my passenger side headlight will come down when I turn lights off but not raise when they are turned on. Can anyone help me figure these out? as you can tell from my previous posts my Bird was hacked bad when I got her.

i had the same problem on my s-10, 2 wires were melted together
