so all of the sudden i turned on the car today and i noticed my rpm's were at a steady 1000. before it use to idle at about 800 or 750. i'd like to know what could be a cause to this problem and what can i began looking into. also the car has no bottom end power at all. it struggles to get to 30 and then it'll drive normal. any help would be nice. thanks

 

My first thought is a vacuum leak. Is it throwing any codes?
