Where do these connect to?
I searched but couldn't find a picture or diagram of what lines I should connect these to, they're under the front of the passenger side header.
Any clues at all would be helpful as I'm not quite sure exactly what to even search for...

It looks like your car originally had an oil cooler and those would be the coolant tubes to it. There should be a bracket that holds them to the fuel pump boss then they wrap aroundthe drivers side to the adaptor above your oil filter.

Re: Where do these connect to?
The camaro has been running for several months now with these ports open like in the picture. They do put out some hot air but would it be safe to just plug the ports if they were from an oil cooler? That was the best picture I was able to take considering these tubes run underneath the engine.
I appreciate any and all help!

I'd say oil cooler as well. Jack the car up and get under the car, trace these lines, figure out where they DO go to. Otherwise capping them may be bad, since air is coming out you don't want an unwanted pressure of air building up around the motor, could be bad in doing so. Jack the car up, follow them and let us know, maybe take more pictures while under there.
It could possibly be a mechanical fuel pump, using 2 hard lines coming to and from the pump? Only way to know is getting under there or taking a better picture with some light under the car or something to brighten that area up.
Let us know.

Those are for the oil cooler. You can leave them just the way they are. I had leave mine out when I replaced my engine. The old engine had a knock so there was alot of metal and bearing material in the oil, and alot of that gets stuck in the oil cooler. Tried to get a new one but GM discontinued that part. Coolant runs through one line down to the oil cooler above the oil filter, then back up through the other line.
