horsepower and torque help

ive got a 350 bored 30 over with vortec heads flat top pistons stock rods and crank shim head gaskets a comp cams 270h cam summit vortec style intake manifold holley 650cfm with vac sec headers with 2 1\2 inch duals with with flowmasters that dump before the rear im just looking for an educated guess if more info is neaded just ask thanks

Probably just over 350 HP, that's a way wrong cam for those heads. Those heads have really poor exhaust ports, and thus need extra duration on the exhaust lobes of the cam. You shouldn't be running more than 32 degrees of total timing at WOT. About 8 degrees initial, and another 24 of centrifugal. If you want more, get an XE268 cam.
