Is my EVAP Control System set up right?

On my EVAP cannister the hose that leaves the Inlet air goes to a 3 way hose splitter and the other two hoses that leave the splitter just go to nothin. My car was very jerry rigged when i got it so i just want to make sure my EVAP system is set up properly or this is a problem?

you can see the spot in talking about in the bottom left at the edge of the reserve tank.
