Awhile back i pulled the heads off my vortec tbi 350 for pretty much no reason. After reassembling everything it won't start. kind of acts like the timing is close enough, but i tried flipping the distributor 180 and spinnin the thing all over the place and no luck. it'l sputter some times and i can keep it going if i throttle it, but it's nowhere close to running on its own. My MSD ignition box isn't throwing spark either for some reason, so now i've got it bypassed and it gets spark. My battery was sitting on the ground for a month or so and it was down to 11.2v when i started trying to time it. Now after all the cranking its down to 10.7... maybe that has something to do with it? I double checked all connections everywhere...
