no fuel to rails
ok so i have a 350 tpi i have to take apart cause of a blown head gasket. its all back together but wont start. i pushed down the pin on the valve to check if theres fuel in there but these no pressure being released. 
what would be the cause of this? did i get my vacuum lines mixed up?

When you turn the key to the "on" position (but not fully to start) do you hear the fuel pump prime?
