Intake Questions

went to put my intake on my 383 and realized I have a problem. My intake is drilled for 87 and up heads. My heads are drilled for 86 and older. The heads are patriot 2181. Can I drill the holes out, and then get or make a washer to bolt it down? Will it seal? Intake is the 3502 mpfi for tbi. Thanks for all the help.

If you're talking about the intake holes, the answer is "yes". Many have done it (although it's usually '86-earlier intake on '87-later heads, but it doesn't make any difference).
