oil on spark plug

oil on spark plug

I changed the valve seal and tightened the intake

motor is fairly new

I need some help with diagnostics before I tear it apart for some new rings on number 3 piston

just did a compresion test and all cyl are 210

I dont want to tear it apart when it is running so well

thank my lucky stars that it is the easiest plug to get to

I think I will just buy a new set of plugs to put in after the comp test and clean the old ones up and use them in numb 3

I was going to go to synthetic oil would that hurt my compession by making it too slick

I think I must have put the second ring on upside down or the oiling rings got messed up or something

bottom line is I just dont want to have to take the motor apart right now

Same issue here number 1,3 and 7 plugs are loading up with oil something horrible.
and wot produces tons of smoke. was hopeing it wasn't the rings but that's what im preparing for.

Possibly a manifold gasket leak on the bottom side, letting is suck air/oil from the lifter valley in to the cylinders.
