305 TPI internals????
I'm gonna have some fun with a 305tpi and wanted to know what the internals were made of so i know what kind of power they can handle

Gm internals are pretty decent as far as there bottom end is concerned but there not bullet proof and a 80s Camaro 305 internals are about as generic as SBC internals get in terms of quality. Unless your building a really really never see the street kinda radical set up, over 5.5 k RPMs, big shot of NOS, or going forced induction i wouldn't be concerned about the bottom end holding together especially considering its just a 305. No offence its not that its a bad motor its just a motor of that displacement built up respectably isnt going to exceed the bottom ends capabilities.
