Replaced knock sensor and...
Now I get a code 45 after the car runs for about 10 seconds. Any ideas? Idles and runs fine as far as I could tell, drove about a mile.

I hope so. The information given to them was correct and it seems identical to the one that was on there. I think the problem has to do with how tight/loose it is, I didn't use a torque wrench. Tomorrow.

This is a single wire sensor that uses the engine block for ground return, using Teflon tape on any sensor of this type may keep it from making a good ground.
