running really rough

i just put a 92 305 tbi in my 91 rs same engine as supposed to be and when i start car it sound like its missing or i dont really know just really rough and when i put it in drive and let of brake it shakes really hard like it wants to stall im not really good at this kinda stuff im new plz help me out

And where's your timing? Probably something simple if the engine is known good.

Definitly sounds like a timing issue. Or your firing order like mentioned above. Just a couple other simple things to check. Air filter, make sure both Injectors are hooked up, go through the engine bay and make sure everything is plugged in.
