bad injectors?

So I got my engine fired up, but the idle is still a little rough after setting the timing. I started disconnecting the injectors one at a time and noticed that my rpm's don't drop significantly when I unplugged the last two. But I also noticed that the other two cylinders in front of the bad set aren't quite pulling their weight. Would two bad injectors effect four cylinders? Any ideas what it could be?
